Sad review - Recensione dipendente - Assistant HR Manager presso Marconix

I didn't any positive thing in that company

They will generate offer letter on or after 15th so they will not pay the salary till two months as their salary date is on 10th of every month.Till that they will make you to work like a clock and harass you like a machine.After finishing our work in that full strees they will not pay the salary on 10th if we go on ask them,MD Mithesh Gandhi post pone that issue and make you to work on another month by giving false promises.After that he will block phone number and he steals our time,resources and our savings for commute. please don't waste your savings for this fraud company.Please go with other companies.I don't find zero star if it is there i will give zero.

I am working in Marconi with a lot of really smart and fun people and there is so much encouragement from management to work on career growth. I highly recommend this as a place to work.

I am working here from last six months don't think that there is any thing I should feel bad about the company. .
