The salary was okay. They were growing. So, they were able to pay everyone well without impacting their own profits.

The work culture was pretty terrible here. These people were stuck doing things in a slow and time-consuming manager, which led to extra stress and exhaustion for employees. There was no way to avoid the additional work as the poor attitude never changed. I suggest everyone avoid this toxic workplace until they change how they do things.
