There's a great mix of talent and experience at MLS and the company is still small enough that it feels like a team. Get to work closely with both large and small clientele, lots of new projects always on the go. Office is located in one of the nicest areas of Vancouver. My experience with management in particular has been great - very understanding bunch.

Vancouver cost of living May in some cases (for certain customers) support legacy browsers or systems Constant stream of work. It's not that deadlines are too strict or anything of that nature, there will just always be something on your plate next. This could be a pro for me personally.

- There can be a lack of structure, so if you're a stickler for procedures and policies, it can be a little disconcerting. Management seems to be actively trying to fix this. - (Partial con): The office is on Granville Island, so while you have access to the Public Market and plenty of food options, you also have to deal with tourists during the summer
