Some of the management team and salesman who have been there for a while are shady and don't give a damp about you or what you've got going on with a deal. If they're not there to buy, just doing some looking they'll try and push them out the door as quickly as possible instead of trying to put their "10 steps" to use. Management doesn't really have your back on anything you need help with, they just look at you like you're a idiot and tell you to bring them a commitment and a credit app only to turn around and tell you there is no way they can help a customer. All this after telling the sales team they'll do whatever they have to do to get a deal done. Having 25 people on a lot not built for 25 scares away a lot of potential buyers when they see all the sales staff waiting out on the sidewalk where they have to be.
