Solid company, good benefits upper management very involved with the communities they manage. Questions always get answered and help always available. Down to earth approach.

Not as progressive with technology as some other companies. To many manual systems.

The only pro is your co-workers. The ones I worked with were great.

Management is the biggest problem at this company. There is one in particular that is the worst manager I have ever worked for. Never gave positive feedback only negative. If you weren't one of the "favorites" you could not do any thing right. Created a lot of bad feelings among employees. This company should be asking why their turnover rate is so high among employees.
