Best company I have ever worked for! - Recensione dipendente - Employee presso Mark Thomas

I have been working at Mark Thomas for almost 6 years. There are so many pros's that come with working for Mark Thomas; great management, supportive co-workers, the moral is great (you WANT to come to work) it's really a family like vibe here... but the pro that means the most to me is the flexibility Mark Thomas offers. The fact that they allow individuals to work remotely from home, when needed, is amazing! Most companies do not offer this kind of flexibility and being a full time working parent, it’s really comforting knowing I can still work on time sensitive items, while at home with my children because illnesses happens, some days the school calls, or the babysitter needs a day / daycare is closed… whatever the case may be, I truly appreciate the fact that my job allows me to do what I need to do in my personal life, while still being able to manage my responsibilities at Mark Thomas from home when needed. Couldn’t ask for a better work/life balance really.
