-Salary was paid on time -On the rare occassion staff were allowed to leave an hour early e.g. at month end to make up the significant hours of overtime.

-Most staff are significantly overworked in the finance team, when this is raised as an issue to management, this is repeatedly ignored and staff are informed that they are not working "efficiently". Bearing in mind this has happened to more than 1 staff member. -Staff are criticised when they fail to complete work to deadlines because they have too much on the plate, to the point where taking a holiday means you would have to work double time just to catch up (the workload is not possible if you take holidays). -Deadlines are ridiculously tight to the point where weekends are commonly worked at month ends. -Poor management and team meetings -Weak leadership who are not interested in helping staff, only interested in filling their own pockets. For anyone looking to have a long term finance career at the next place you work, please honestly take it from me and run! This is the worst company I have ever hadd the misfortune of working for.

There are no pros if I did not get hired

Pay advertised was not accurate * Lack of transparency in compensation * Wasted time and travel expenses I had a very frustrating experience with the hiring process. I attended the interview and was told my performance was “perfect,” which made it seem like I was a strong candidate. However, the role was advertised at a minimum of $30/hour, and later I was told the actual pay was closer to $20/hour. That’s a major discrepancy and feels very misleading. On top of that, I ultimately received a rejection despite the positive feedback. Between the misleading pay and the outcome, this process felt inconsistent and unprofessional. I also spent time and money on travel (gas) to attend the interview, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this felt like a waste of time and could have been avoided with clearer and more honest communication upfront.
