Le persone sono ottime e dedicate al lavoro.

La gestione dei direttori e altri dirigenti è da poco o mancante e gli impiegati non sono rispettati e apprezzato. I dirigenti sono inetti e si vede. Non c'è alcun processo strutturato nella squadra o programmi di formazioni in sede per impiegati sul posto da RU o la squadra dirigenziale. Vengono ripetuti gli stessi errori. Le risorse e gli strumenti di lavoro sono limitati, obsoleti o inesistenti. Assolutamente nessun equilibrio vita lavoro e quasi nessun compenso per le ore straordinarie che ci si aspetta gli impiegati facciano.

Pay advertised was not accurate * Lack of transparency in compensation * Wasted time and travel expenses I had a very frustrating experience with the hiring process. I attended the interview and was told my performance was “perfect,” which made it seem like I was a strong candidate. However, the role was advertised at a minimum of $30/hour, and later I was told the actual pay was closer to $20/hour. That’s a major discrepancy and feels very misleading. On top of that, I ultimately received a rejection despite the positive feedback. Between the misleading pay and the outcome, this process felt inconsistent and unprofessional. I also spent time and money on travel (gas) to attend the interview, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this felt like a waste of time and could have been avoided with clearer and more honest communication upfront.
