Bottom line do not work here unless it is your LAST OPTION. Employees are not promoted, supported, nor listened to. The executive committee (EC) are a group of about 20 individuals who are completely out of touch with what actually takes place at the company. These individuals regularly yell at employees and make decisions that negatively impact everyone around them. Overall not a great work environment. During my time at Marken I often wondered if the president of the company even knew that she was being mislead by her team. Probably not. Do you want to understand what it is like to work at Marken?
