DO NOT BELIEVE the 4 and 5 star reviews. Management is creating these so they can continue to hire new employees. Sort by low reviews and high reviews to see the difference for yourself. No on boarding plan for each role and you are left to yourself to figure it out. Growth is prioritized at any cost even if it means degrading employees. Upper management yells at individuals and does not support their employees. Overall a toxic work environment. Working at Mcdonalds would provide better career options.
