Pay - will hire new employees for the same position but at a much higher salary. will except you to train the new employee. Being a top performer and finding out the huge salary gap is extremely disappointing. Upper management needs better communication. Training has gotten better but still needs to get better.

There are no pros if I did not get hired

Pay advertised was not accurate * Lack of transparency in compensation * Wasted time and travel expenses I had a very frustrating experience with the hiring process. I attended the interview and was told my performance was “perfect,” which made it seem like I was a strong candidate. However, the role was advertised at a minimum of $30/hour, and later I was told the actual pay was closer to $20/hour. That’s a major discrepancy and feels very misleading. On top of that, I ultimately received a rejection despite the positive feedback. Between the misleading pay and the outcome, this process felt inconsistent and unprofessional. I also spent time and money on travel (gas) to attend the interview, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this felt like a waste of time and could have been avoided with clearer and more honest communication upfront.
