There have been layoffs which can leave some uncertainty about how long you'll be employed.

Good mission and co-workers make it a fun place to work, if you are able to work knowing you might be laid off every 3 months

Constant layoffs & management turnover (including a co-founder). Unclear product-market fit puts company at risk on the mid-term. Outsourced all engineering to contractors. No career plan if you survive
