Circling the drain. Running on desperation and fear. Trying to emulate agency model, failing miserably. Manic attempts at different structures, palpable sense of imminent crisis, due to failed re-brand in combination uneven skill-set among leaders and this year saw the poorest structure and business model in MDR history. No one wants to admit at a higher level that things aren't working. Way to much ego going on.
