Selling leads to other salespeople is a bit niche but incredibly rewarding in learning real skill that can be applied to other industries. It's simple, but not easy. My 6-7 years there were spent getting my teeth kicked in daily from a mental/emotional standpoint, and making the most money I'd made in my life. Some days were really enjoyable, other days it was an absolute grind. I gained intangibles like resilience, grit & emotional stability in difficult conversations; and learned tangible skills like tonality, objection handling, opening cold calls, etc. Selling here isn't for the weak. I'm glad it's not my forever thing, but I'm grateful for having put real time in here.
