Without exaggeration, the plan changes at least quarterly, and layoffs are just as frequent. The ceo is way out of touch. Despite the constant downsizing the HR team keeps growing, and so does the recruiting team. Makes no sense. Great people have come in recently and left within a year at most because of the mess. Senior people included, executives just come and seem to try to make improvements but see that is not possible and leave. The CEO and HR talk about the business being sold all the time. I guess their plan is to clean house for a liquidation sale.
