There is a strong work ethic, yet at the same time it is a very friendly, fun environment in which the more senior colleagues provide mentoring and encourage rapid success. The blue-chip client list and C-suite assignments give junior staff fantastic experience, not just in executive search but also in associated services such as market intelligence, leadership assessment and talent mapping.

No company is perfect but it’s hard to think of any negatives in this case. It is such a ‘can-do’ environment: lots of belief without the arrogance. One drawback is that the abundance of cakes is having a detrimental impact on my waistline.
