Few people have been here long term, so no one knows historical information. People are eager to push things off to others rather than trying to get proactive answers (especially on the bank partnership and GTM teams). While MQ promotes having a "culture of compliance," that is very far from the truth from a legal/compliance standpoint. Mostly end up doing unhelpful busy work and bad management overall. Little to no career mobility.
