- Management is so bad, if you aren't a vp you are basically worthless - terrible pay with way too much pressure/ expectation -When sales are bad month after month, management’s only idea to improve is to move everyone’s desks around - commission/pay structures are defined, but when the time comes for a promotion, they are never given - not growth oriented
