Great Company. Small family owned and operated. Management and owners are great. Room for growth and career development.

Not many cons that I can think of.

The customers were generally kind and easy to work with. The job itself is not very difficult and can be fun at times. The building is newer and usually clean.

Anyone can get hired here and it shows (poor hygiene, basic social skills). Most lower-level management lacks leadership ability and are not able to manage employees effectively or respectfully. Two older male employees have had inappropriate interactions with underage female employees and are still employed there. The female co-owner is an absolute nightmare. Upper management in general is very out of touch about what happens in their store and they do not take employee suggestions/complaints into consideration. Don't expect to be acknowledged for doing your job well (no raises or promotions). It's obvious that money is not spent wisely at this company and I wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business in the next few years.
