Vantaggi

What attracted me to Wrigley in the beginning was obliviously the brands. It was extremely important to me to represent brands that I know, use and would recommend to my friends and family. Then, when I started the interview process I was impressed with the level of communication and follow up from the HR department. I truly felt like my time was appreciated, you don't always get that feeling from other companies. Now, that I'm on board I am absolutey positive I made the right choice. They way the role was explained to me during the interview is what I'm doing on a day to day basis. I am on the go everyday, responsible for building collaborative relationships with each of my customers to help drive sales and I throughouly enjoy it. For me, it is the best of both worlds, I get to be a part of a team while at the same time taking complete ownership of my territory. The more my territory thrives the stronger our entire division.

Svantaggi

I don't have any cons to report.

Vantaggi

I’ve been at Mars (Yorkville site) for about three months as a Quality Systems Senior Specialist, and so far it’s been a great experience. Everyone has been genuinely friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. The culture feels very supportive—people want to see you succeed and are quick to share knowledge and offer guidance. My manager has been amazing and is truly invested in my growth. She’s helped set clear expectations, encouraged development, and provided the tools and support I need to be successful.

Svantaggi

None so far—still new, but my experience has been very positive.

Vantaggi

Great people who believe in a common mission. Strong leadership and support.

Svantaggi

Budgets and decision making for technical programs are centralized at a high level with little to no consideration for how it affects individual programs and their unique needs. Heavy bureaucracy involved in setting up simple things.
