Marscare is a great company to work for. The executive team provided all staff and employees with Protective Personal Equipment Bags (Infrared Thermometer, Pulse Ox, Masks, Gloves, hand sanitizer, etc., ) for us to be safe during this Pandemic. They have provided us with Flu shots and weekly updates from the Medical Director on how to protect ourselves during the Pandemic. The nurses and Aides were very appreciative. The company continues to provide PPE to staff and patients. This is a company that cares about all people and our safety.

Will hire with no experience. If you have experience this is not the place for you. Everything they do is wrong.

Received no training whatsoever. Was hired after filling out the long application on the spot. Was told what a great place it is and they had the specific schedule I needed. Needless to say this never happened. Left my job at the time to come here because of what I was promised and it never happened. Wish I never left my old job. No real training provided and my phone calls when I needed help were ignored. However, when they want something from you, especially the on-call people, they harass you. No policy/procedures to go by. Never received a hand book. The home health agency field is lacking staff in general, and companies like this is the reason. They treat their direct care staff so poorly that you want to leave the field as quickly as possible. Saw another review on here about not getting paid on time - very accurate and continues to today.
