Good large company environment, with good structure. The technology is up to date, you can work remote and can get done all in short time. People are there mostly for many years and they know what they're doing. I love the large cafeteria, free large parking lots, beautiful walk around areas where people use to go out at lunch and walk. They have great volunteering options and networking, support groups. Great benefits, very difficult to match anywhere else. Very little opportunities to grow. Once you get to certain senior level, it's getting more and more difficult to move around. People are there for a very long time and they are not moving anywhere.
