None- just expect a fast paced environment

Great work-life balance, amazing company culture, unlimited PTO + 11 company paid-holidays, remote flexibility, catered lunches in U.S. office locations each Tuesday, plenty of learning and development opportunities. I have only been with MarshBerry for four months and they are already sponsoring me to obtain an HR certification & have put me in a 6 month leadership development cohort, with the plan to grow within the organization.
