Relatively decent rate of pay Bonus scheme Flexible working

Terrible senior management who have no idea of what life is like working in their pubs. Line managers unsympathetic and have completely unrealistic expectations. Staff treated as just another number and are disposable. Unable to recruit for chef roles due to poor rate of pay. No work/life balance at all. Managers working 75+ hour weeks and this is an expectation! Regional managers out of touch with the business and behave terribly towards their managers, creating a culture of fear.
