Everything is based on seniority. If you want weekends off & day shift this isn’t the job for you! PTO is almost non-existent for new employees they literally denied every request I put in & the dates were months out! & also some co-workers are very rude especially if you’re in the way cause the faster you pick the more you get paid! They don’t care about you being new..
