Better to Employees then customers - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service presso Martin Franchises

The owners were terrible business people. They treated their customers pretty badly if the customer had a complaint...especially when they could have just apologized and offered some free services. Apparently, they have never heard the phrase - "The customer is always right". It was embarrassing to watch.
