There’s an odd management structure which means there’s far too many cooks in the kitchen, some are only in the room as they’ve been there years and seem to add zero value. Decision making is slow and strategies are poorly communicated. There’s been minimal investment into the business/product for years and it shows. Nothing is executed to a high standard, mainly because there’s no resource or budget. Staff welfare is so low down the priority list it’s shameful. You are literally just a faceless number, working here will have a detrimental impact on your mental health.
