      Lack of leadership. No direction. Bad Management (Lots of meetings, little action is had) Insanely high turnover. Lack of perks. "Dog Friendly" in reality means dealing with constant barking. Many people hard to approach or dismissive. Open office

      This place has no money. They fire people all the time because they can’t afford them. Too many successful businesses in the area to settle.It’s not the right area for them.
