Management disrespect towards skills and abilities - Recensione dipendente - Anonymous presso Maru Group

THE UPPER MANAGEMENT WAS TERRIBLE AT HIRING THE RIGHT PEOPLE FOR TTHE RIGHT ROLES. They hired anyone who was available and then made them do work that was out of their scope. It wasn't very kind because I was asked to take on a role far beneath my qualifications. It showed that the top management had disrespect towards me. Also, the employees were disconnected from the management. EMPLOYEES DIDN'T HAVE ANY IDEA WHERE THEIR CAREERS WERE HEADED, AFTER SPENDING SO MANY STRESSFUL AND EXHAUSTING HOURS for the company. It was ridiculous. Avoid this company when seeking a job that meets your qualifications. BEWARE!
