Work life balance non-existent - Recensione dipendente - Operations presso Maru Group

Management is unrealistic and set you up to fail. The initial training is ok but basically non-existent for more advanced tasks that are randomly thrown at you. The software is terrible, There are 3 separate systems and the only software program that work is being discontinued. The other 2 are riddled with issues and “support” by a team that just doesn’t respond. Senior management ignore the issues, the peer trainers don’t train they fix it for you so you have to go back to them.
