Office has been renovated since staff no longer can wfh. Facilities team has done a great job ensuring nice pastry supplies are available promptly. Colleagues are nice and not as agressive as my past companies. We respect one another.

People here are not dynamic compared to the companies I came from, some of them are still doing things or their thinking is quite old school so it is hard for younger ones to deal with them at times. Despite, our management wants us to move things fast but I feel the pace here is slow. Salary and benefits are quite low. Night or early mornings calls with US teams are quite common.

- Great work culture, helpful colleagues, managers with real leadership qualities. - Quality over quantity is expected and appreciated. - Periodic recalibration of assignments and deadlines of individual engineers to keep the workloads realistic. - No risk averting behaviors which gives freehand for all engineers to explore new ideas to improve the design performance. - Management seems to fish out and raise engineers from all levels who move the needles. - Have enough infrastructure and resources to develop advanced products without pressuring the engineers. - Adopting AI is every aspect of work. So, engineers can adapt to future needs of the industry.
