Preference is given only to locals and they are allowed to take leave at any given point of time. Even if the work load is immense a local just walks away and eventually the incomplete work has to be completed by other nationalities as per the given SLAs. I had a very bad experience that the local shouts and insults in front of everyone despite raising concern this was never addresses by the management
