Great management, great co workers. True patients first attitude. Consistantly have everything needed to perform each and every surgery.

Would love to have increased case load.

Historically this was a great company to work for that was very stable, had good benefits and employed a ton of talented clinicians. However they now moved to treat patients as consumers and have done a ton of consolidation, multiple rounds of layoffs for very senior administrators. Patient satisfaction is at an all time low as all the good providers are leaving for other health systems.

Slow ship to turn, providers have no contract.
