Declining stability and talent due to recent changes - Recensione dipendente - Senior Director presso Mass General Brigham

Historically this was a great company to work for that was very stable, had good benefits and employed a ton of talented clinicians. However they now moved to treat patients as consumers and have done a ton of consolidation, multiple rounds of layoffs for very senior administrators. Patient satisfaction is at an all time low as all the good providers are leaving for other health systems.
