The Management is horrendous. The atmosphere is disfunct and communication is almost non-existant. Management and Execs have no idea what nor care about how to help the advisors. You learn little to nothing of product knowledge and training is horrible. IT is the luck of th draw as far as getting a good manager who can help you sell. If you are stuck with a bad manager then you don't get paid and are left stranded and strapped for cash. If you work hard and keep up the persistance it will pay off however you need time, money to sustain for the 3 year start period.
