1-It's more of school/training center where the management usually expect placement from an individual asap as soon as someone completes the training part, no matter what if he/she is able to put a proper Boolean string or not.
2-Favoritism is something which ruined out the momentum & others get demotivate bcz of that.
3-There is a very particular format in CRM channel, nothing to explore as an individual to get new things.
4-Similar way to deal with everyone either a fresher or a experience candidate
5-Overtime is something which is really horrible & i was not able to get the actual reason behind this apart from leading recruiters to negativity, and high cost to the company with minimal results.
