Mastech Digital is a very highly rewarding company and appreciates one's hard work and loyalty with the company. I joined Mastech Digital 4 years back and under my Directors' guidance , I have progressed to being a Team Lead in about 3 years. Under her training and the fact that she allowed me to work with freedom gave me confidence to believe in me and achieve success. The interaction with higher management is good and they are very accommodating and the management is open to hearing new ideas and positive criticism. Great work ethics. Good people to work with.
