Attrition is a topic that fall's under our efforts in Succession Planning. This is a critical part of our growth strategy. Understanding the goal's of our associates and developing a plan to get there is of upmost importance.

      They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
