      The company pays on time, also overtime is paid.

      The entire office department works from India. When we reach out to them for any payroll issue or HR-related questions, they are not available. You will not meet anyone in the USA, and everything happens online. I found myself terminated all of sudden when the projects got completed. They are not helpful to employees for transitioning to another project. I did not find this company legit.

We do have an on and off shore presence but please note that we are corporately headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Our HR department has been expanded to accommodate our growth and to be able to satisfy the needs of our associates.       They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
