      Dear Field Associate, Thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback. It's in the best interest of both parties to keep associates working. We start a remarking initiative when any associate's contract is thirty days out from completion. Many time's we are successful in transitioning our associates to a new opportuity and unfortunately sometimes things dont work out.

      They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
