      I think they could pay more. It's fine for now. Benefits seem expensive to me.

Proper compensation is in the interest of both parties and we evaluate those figures and the cost of our benefit package every year - to make sure that we are in line with industry standards.       They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
