Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.
When our team is made aware that a project is coming to an end, we start to re-market the associates skill set out for other opportunities as early as thirty (30) days from the project end date. There are multiple factors that can influence that but we do our best to locate another opportunity. It's in the best interest of both parties.
