Nothing only good team mates to pass the time

Where do I start wow there external hr is actually borderline scary they gas light and try to get around corners Management is atrocious they don’t know how to put the right people in leadership positions as to why so many people have left the past two years can’t imagine this place will get any better with the people in upper management Compared to competitors pay is significantly worse pay your employees industry standard Not much else to say other then this place is like nothing I’ve ever experienced in my life

This place is run so badly no wonder the turn over is so high and they seem to promote people who have no people management at all and like to show other workers their team members stats to scare you. They do not train you properly and when u make a mistake they make it seem like the world has ended that have no set systems that show u how to do things u have to come up with ur own and they are all egotistical and other and are racist
