6yThank you for the feedback. We appreciate your candor and are always open to discuss how we calculate and interpret our attrition so please stop by to chat. We have made huge strides in compensation, benefits, training and development, communication, PTO and Volunteer Time Off (VTO) in the last 16 months and there is a direct correlation to our decreased attrition numbers. We always strive to expect the best from our employees but we also provide coaching and training as a solution. We have increased headcount by over 15% and are hiring during a difficult time when many other organizations are not.
