      * It's the only work place I've worked in which proved that "Work-Personal Life Balance" is an achievable equation, not just a fantasy! * We are not coworkers, we are family * Abdo "My Direct Manager" always says to me "Dun worry I'll always have your back" and it's not just a word. He really always by my side in any challenges or struggles I'm facing. He never ever makes me feel like he expecting more or he is not satisfied. He always motivates and encourages me, simply he is not in a harmony with negativity. THANKS Abdo :) * Transparency, Honest & Trust * Giving responsibilities and make you feel like you are the perfect one for these responsibilities * Deductions is not a common word in Master Linux dictionary, they are really so generous with us * Flexible working hours * Employees development & growth is a priority * "Give & Take" is Master Linux policy, so you will always feel appreciated and valued.

Master Linux provides relatively flexible working hours so that employees can have their own working habbit to be very productive.

      * All employees feel that Master Linux is their company , so they do their best. * All employees feel that someone will evaluate them if they did something good , even a thanks word. * Has good benefits in medical and make some social entertainment. * Good place to start your career , you will learn new technologies and get full support from all.

      * Pay rates are a little small comparing to some companies in the market , but this compensated with bonus some times in big deals.
