If you are against working overtime then this is not the job for you. Overtime is almost always clocked every week. The time and a half is very nice but overtime is almost definite.

The ownership and management do a pretty good job of remembering the work-life balance. During the slower times they keep us busy enough for a 40 hour schedule and during the busy season they usually ask about who wants to work overtime instead of just making someone work.

It does get very busy. Sometimes communication is difficult but I think that's because the schedule changes alot. The ability to advance is a concern but it looks like that is changing.
