There is some flexibility as long as you make up your time you missed. You can watch YouTube and stream shows while you work.

They rather hire someone new than promote. No room for growth. They will pile on work with no offer to help. There is a lot of gossip that goes on in the department. They want you to take initiative on decisions with the dealers then the hire ups tell them the opposite and it makes you look bad. They used to do a lot of team bonding and functions but that doesn’t happen anymore. If you have an issue and you report it then there is a chance you will get written up as well. The boss will text you when you are not at work for you to work even though they were told by HR not to.
