      MTG has a hard-working culture that truly cares for each employee. Everyone takes responsibility for their role and collaboration across departments seems to be natural. Every day is busy but when I walk into work I'm greeted with smiles and upbeat positive attitudes from everyone. I really appreciate the ability for MTG to work hard and have fun doing it!

      Being a contractor, there are always deadlines which can create stressful environment for certain departments. If you aren't used to working with a sense of urgency, it might be a shock at how MTG takes this to heart.

      The culture is fun and friendly, the people have a fantastic sense of humor. The management is honest, fair, and understanding of personal issues, treats employees more than employees, it's a friends and family like feel. They have frequent potlucks and holiday celebrations that are GREAT! Good benefits. Nice office. Lots of opportunity to grow in your career, lots of support.
