Easy script and sales process, you really do not need much skill to work in a sales role, in fact, they really do not hold people accountable for sales performance. They talk a lot about culture and transparency but I am not sure they even know what those terms mean. It is not appropriate for the c-level contributors to be sleeping with the subordinate staff. People on the sales floor are openly bigoted and when called out for being a bigot, fabricate rumors and stories about others. The customer service staff feels suppressed and their ambitions are not supported. They are producing this culture. Transparency is when you have nothing to hide and share information with everyone, and they do that, it is just that the information is either fabricated or presented in a way of sharing or placing blame. In addition, HR does not have the capabilities to treat people with respect or dignity.
