Great Place - Recensione dipendente - Supervising Merchandiser presso Masterpiece Flower

As a part time merchandiser, I only worked with my supervisor and one to three other coworkers. Really relaxed, down-to-earth job, and lovely being surrounded by flowers and plants all day. Job was physical but not difficult. Pay was about a dollar above minimum wage.

On slow days we sometimes ran out of tasks and didn't have a supervisor around to find us new instructions.

The in store hours are flexible-ish There is weekly pay

This company seems to be big on retaliation and bullying. They also seem to be big on working 7 days a week for very little pay during the summer. This company practices discrimination as well.
